One of the best nail salon experiences I've ever had. Chai was professional and offered a plethora of services and designs. My sister and I both got full sets with dipping powder and were very satisfied with the results. We're visiting from California and called Saturday morning and were able to get appointments for 1230p! It must have been luck! The salon is located inside a beautiful hair shop filled with gorgeous, melanin filled men and women. We dont have anything like that in Sacramento. I'm grateful for the experience and thrilled that theres such an awesome nail spot to go to everytime I come to Dallas. Thanks Chai!!

Absolutely the best mani pedi I’ve ever had! Chai does old school manicures and pedicures which is a million times better than all the fluff and stuff that others do. It was extremely nice to have someone who speaks English and doesn’t have someone do your nails while he works on your pedicure, I hate that so much. Chai is a true gem!

Found Chai on Yelp. He's definitely a hidden gem located inside of the hair lounge. Once you walk in, go straight to the back and you can't miss him. I like to keep my nails super short and coffin shape. Surprisingly it's really hard to find a nail tech that can do that and Chai nailed it. No pun intended. Prices are more than reasonable and it's pretty easy to get an appointment. FYI, this is not a place you can roll up squad deep since it's just him.

I cannot EXPLAIN how happy I am with Chai's work. A hole in the wall place that you should definitely give a shot. He's so meticulous with his work and I was simply stunned with the outcome. I would recommend booking ahead of time as he is BOOKED - explains how great he is ;) Also did I mention he is the sweetest sweetest person you will ever meet. I've def found my go to.

So, Chai is just fabulous. It's been 2 weeks now and my nails still look great, he takes his time and does a great job. He makes you feel welcome and make you want to come back both by the quality of his work and his positive attitude.

Chai is the bomb. He's talented, does his job right, and he has such good energy; he immediately makes you feel welcomed! I haven't loved my nails in a looong time and he changed that today! The price is fair and completely worth it. I've been to salons that charge more, the quality is average and it feels like a rushed job. None of that with Mr. Chai! All quality. The salon is very artsy :) I loved looking at the paintings while I waited for my turn. Overall, a great experience and I'm looking forward to my next appointment because he suggested some fun ideas :)

I met Chai for the first time last night. He was very kind and efficient. He apologized because the day's schedule had run away and he was running late. I was in town for only a day for business and needed to get my nails done I called Chai in the morning and he was able to fit me in the same afternoon. Had a great experience. The nail tech Chai is very professional and does an excellent job at all of the services he provides. I always get a pedicure and powder nails. The ambiance in the salon is great. I make my appointment three weeks out in order to confirm that he will have an opening when I want to go in. It is best to call and book an appointment. He has a large selection of colors . He is an artist on canvas so in the salon he has art he has painted. I have never been disappointed with the service I receive. Price in line with the quality of service.

I'm in Dallas for work and on a total leap stopped over at Nails by Chai and I am FLOORED. I am incredibly picky about my nails and even keep a gel kit at home to do my own since I've been unsatisfied at nail salons in the past. Needless to say I was nervous...But Chai gave me hands down the best gel manicure I've ever had! I am sooo picky about who does my manicures and after going to multiple places in Dallas, I'm happy to say I've finally found my guy. I got a gel manicure here a month ago and despite using my hands a lot, there wasn't a single chip on my nails, not even a tiny one. I was so excited to return again. Chai is meticulous about your nails and always makes sure to be very careful when doing them. If you call, it's easy to make an appointment and he usually seems to stay well past 5 pm. The shop itself is located in a salon. When you first walk in it's a barber shop but if you walk straight to the back you'll find Chai. Prices are also reasonable. My gel manicure was $30 and dipping is $35

I found Chai on Yelp after doing some research for a local place to do my nails for a wedding I flew in for back in March. I wanted to attempt to do dip nails for the first time and Chai was available for me. He is beyond professional and is a great business man. If I'm ever back in DFW I'll visit him.

If you are very particular about your nails, as we all should be - CHAI. IS. YOUR. MAN. It's difficult to find a nail artist to do stiletto nails JUST right, they're usually too dull or even almond-shaped. Chai shaped my nails PERFECTLY as I described I wanted (razor-sharp). He was friendly and talked with me but still put great concentration into his work, while being open to specific requests (you know those nail artists that don't take suggestion and just do it how they know how and its not what you wanted? That's not Chai). If you live anywhere within an hour of this location it is worth the drive and you should ABSOLUTELY make him your go-to manicurist.

Can you say perfection? Chai did a phenomenal job on my nails and feet! I'm new to getting the dipping powder and had tried it twice at another salon but was not impressed. Chai not only whipped my nails into shape but also took his time and was open to any changes that I wanted. His pedicure was so relaxing and prices were very reasonable. He is extremely personable, and I can guarantee that as long as he's in the Dallas area I will look no further!

We are from Atlanta and have visited Dallas a few times recently. My daughter and I found Chai (pronounced "kai") in October and had such a good experience, we sought him out for full sets with art again this trip. He is a one-man show inside a salon. Everyone there is warm and friendly - very welcoming vibes. Chai has been doing nails for a long time and he will tell you if something won't look good! He is open to doing whatever you dream up, and responds well to inspiration photos. So nice to have a break from the huge bustling salons that churn em and burn em, and often leave you disappointed and wishing you could have your money back. Fresh new set today and a pedicure! Did I mention how clean he is? Yes, very...everything is sanitary! Today I tried his pedicure, and it was soooooooooook RELAXING!!! Omg the scrub massage is the best!!!! My nails are flawless as ever ...AGAIN!!! I swear he is the best of the best...don't believe me???? Give him a try...you will be hooked just like me!

This was my first experience with Chai and I was completely satisfied with the services rendered. He answered any and all questions that I had prior to confirming my appointment. I never felt like my services were being rushed because he took his time and made sure that I was happy with everything. I got a fill with gel and two fingers on each hand with a design... I loved the service and the time he put into making sure my nails were done how I wanted. The price is great as well! The pedicure was so nice. Focused on getting the dry skin off by touching it with his hand to make sure it was off. I am definitely impressed and I can honestly say I have found my nail artist.. been searching for one for a while. I hate going to the nail shop where there are many people there and they rush through your service. But Chai is not like that and he offers you a red cocktail that is so good lol. Thanks Chai! I received the best nextgen/dipping powder manicure tonight, Chai is good at his craft! If you want someone that is gentle and fast, he's your guy!! I previously had nextgen nails that were botched by another salon in town and I'm never going there again, besides I've already made my next appt with Chai because he's awesome!!!

Bright my girl here and wow I was amazed at the level of professionalism and artistic work of the nail stylist and just the aura of the place. I think she found her new little piece of heaven

First off, i am very picky with my nails, and I have the terrible habit of keeping my dislikes to myself and then never going back to the nail salon. I've had several of those instances occur already, and I feel so blessed to have come across Chai on Yelp.

He is a patient perfectionist who sees nails as empty canvases for art, and it really shows in his work. I've asked him to do different shapes which he has executed perfectly. I even asked him to do a subtle design on my ring fingers (something I never do). The first time didn't work out so well, even though it looked beautiful, because the rhinestones started falling off (Im not the most gentle with my hands - and I type all day long). Needless to say, Chai showed his professionalism by taking me in and fixing them and giving me a design that I absolutely love but never would have gone with. On top of it all he handed me a $10 bill and said it was the difference between both designs. I was in awe, you don't come across honestly of that extent very frequently.

Highly recommend him for his talent, work ethics, and honesty.

Chai did a very detailed job. My nails are flawless! His work area was clean and his products are quality. He also did a great job waxing my eyebrows. The wax was a good temperature and my eyebrows were clean and even. It was money well spent.

Absolutely the best nail experience I have had. Extremely professional and a talented individual! My first time I got something classy for a video shoot I was participating in that night. He did such an amazing job I treated my mom the next week. I get compliments on my nails even from other gentlemen. Any color option you could want he has. I'm on my second fill and the colors remain shinny and glossy for at least a month even if you work with your hands as a hairstylist like myself. Best investment in yourself you'll ever make!
